How do I make a car rental reservation?

Reserve via our website:

Once you complete your online reservation, one of our staff will contact you via email or telephone. To complete the reservation process a deposit must be provided which is 20% of the total cost.

Reserve via telephone:

To make a reservation by phone or to get a quote, call us on +357 25 322055.

Reserve via fax:

To make a reservation by fax or to get a quote, send us a fax to +357 25 322056. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to complete the reservation process.

Reserve at our offices:

You can always reserve a vehicle at our offices. Just walk in to our Prestige office in Limassol and we will do our best to provide you with a car of your choice

Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a car?

To complete the reservation process, a deposit of 20% of the total cost must be payed. This process can be done over the phone or at our office.

Do I have the right to cancel my car rental reservation?

You may cancel or amend your reservation at any time.

However, please be advised on the cancellation policy that applies for your booking:

  • The deposit of 20% is nonrefundable.
  • If you cancel your booking 72 hours prior to your arrival, a 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your arrival, a 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to your arrival, a 70% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • In no show situation an amount of 100% will be charged.

What documents do I need with me to rent a vehicle?

To rent a vehicle you need a valid driving license, credit card and a passport.

What credit cards to you accept?

We accept any credit card that has the Visa, MasterCard or Αmex logo. When renting with a credit card, the renter’s name must match the name on the card.

Will Prestige deliver and collect the car?

We can deliver and collect vehicles from both airports in Cyprus, your hotel or your residence. You can also collect or deliver the vehicle yourself to our offices.

What is the minimum rental period?

There is no minimum rental period!

What is the minimum age for renting a car?

The minimum age for renting a car is 23 for all cars, except super cars where the minimum age is 25.

Can other people drive the car?

No one else can drive the car except from the renter and any additional driver that provided us with his/her driving licence and met the requirements.

What do I do if I get a flat tire?

Please call us at +357 25 322055 or +357 99 467716 for immediate assistance.

Do I have to return the car with a full fuel tank?

We offer two fuel options:

    • o You can choose our prepaid fuel option at the beginning of your car rental at our special discounted rates. To avail of this option, the fuel tank MUST BE RETURNED EMPTY. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. Prices for this option are set locally.
    • o If the petrol was not prepaid, when the vehicle will be returned, the petrol MUST be on the same level as it was when the car was delivered. In case the vehicle is returned with a different petrol level, a penalty of €20 will be applied along with any refuelling charges.

No compensation will be given for fuel charges if an upgrade to a larger car is given.

Do I get my money back if I return the car earlier?

We have a no refund policy when returning the car earlier.

What do I do if an accident happens?

In the event of an accident please notify Prestige VIP Services immediately by calling at +357 25 322055 or +357 99 467716 and under no circumstances must you move the vehicle.

What is expected when returning the car?

The vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. The car will be checked for any damages at the time of return by one of our staff members. If there is a damage, you may be required to fill out a damage report.

Do you offer baby seats or any other car rental accessories?

Please inform us during the booking process what accessories (GPS, mobile phone chargers, maps, booster, car seats etc.) you require so that we can include them in the vehicle.
